For info the gaps in the recording are where the battery failed and we had several problems over the past few months with the unit. These have now been fixed and new batteries have been purchased so the unit should be more reliable moving forwards.
The information and data is shared with CCC Highways and also our local police, however, following a recent request for a speed trap in the village, it was rejected due to the insufficient number of officers and lack of incidents/accidents.
The SID is now located on Wood End for the next 4 weeks and it will then be moved to Colne Road.
